Inven2 has launched Inven2 Marketplace – a new digital platform that consolidates all our available technologies and licensing opportunities in one place.
Throughout November, Inven2 has gradually rolled out its new marketing platform, Inven2 Marketplace, which is now fully open and searchable. The platform provides an integrated overview of research-based innovations and licensing opportunities from the University of Oslo, Oslo University Hospital, and the other hospitals within the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority. At present, 31 technologies have been published, with more to be added on an ongoing basis.
“Inven2 Marketplace is designed to serve as a clear showcase for research-driven innovation from our owners and partners,” says Jens Halvard Grønlien, Head of Innovation at Inven2. “Our ambition is to streamline how industry and investors discover, assess, and engage with technologies that hold commercial potential.”
One click – many opportunities
The platform is accessible via marketplace.inven2.com and through the “Licensing Opportunities” menu on Inven2’s homepage. Here you will find a short introduction and direct access to the platform. The new solution replaces the previous overview of licensing opportunities that was integrated directly into the website.
Inven2 Marketplace represents a strategic advancement in how Inven2 showcases research results and technologies with commercial potential. The platform enables more targeted marketing, provides easier access for potential partners, and – in the next phase – will include the possibility for purchasing or in-licensing selected products directly from the platform.
“This marks an important move towards a more modern and efficient approach to commercialization. We look forward to further developing the platform and inviting both new and established partners to explore the opportunities it offers,” Grønlien adds.
